DMCA and Copyright

A copyright owner or authorized representative may send a written takedown notice to dmca@mp3-tube.com.

The notice should include a physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, and URLs or identifiers sufficient for us to locate the reported content.

It should also include contact information, a good-faith statement, and a statement that the information is accurate and that the sender is authorized to act for the rights holder.

When we receive a compliant notice, access to the reported content may be restricted, removed, or placed under further review expeditiously.

If a request is incomplete or does not identify the content clearly enough, we may ask for additional information.

This process is separate from general content reports; copyright claims are handled through the DMCA process.

If you believe content was restricted by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.

A counter-notice should include the content identification, its previous location, your contact information, your signature, and a statement that the removal was a mistake.

When a compliant counter-notice is received, the process continues according to applicable legal requirements.

Repeated copyright infringement, false notices, or abuse of the reporting system may lead to account and content restrictions.

Knowingly sending a false DMCA claim may create legal liability.

For production, keeping designated agent information public on the site and current in the appropriate official directory is a separate operational step.
